Official announcements that move a route

Announcement list with dates, including notices on knife and blade shipments, EU route resumption and a US tariff rate adjustment
The announcement feed is where route-level customs changes actually land, each with its own date.

The announcements feed is the operator's own, and it is where this subject changes fastest. Six entries read on 2026-10-10 bear directly on declaring and routing.

  • Notice on Resumption of EMS & EUB Services to the EU and New Shipping Regulations
  • Price Adjustment for Duty-Free Air Mail (General Cargo) and EU & US Air Freight Dedicated Line (General)
  • Notice on Temporary Suspension of Knife/Blade Item Shipments
  • Notice on Resumption of China Post EU-Route Services and New Shipping Regulations
  • Notice on Tariff Rate Adjustment for China Post U.S.-Bound Routes
  • Notice on China Post Middle East Route Services

There is also a service incident worth knowing about if you were affected. In early September 2026 the platform was taken offline for, in the notice's own words, "approximately 12 hours" for a security review, with users asked to change passwords. That notice was posted to the operator's community account rather than to the announcements page.

A current promotion was running when this page was written: an anniversary invitation leaderboard, announced on the operator's announcements page and dated 2026-10-10. Promotions are not covered further here; this site is about rules.

Destination reports from shoppers, and how recent they are

Two things are worth reading outside the help centre: the operator's own channels, and the threads where people describe what actually happened.

The operator runs a Discord server and posts service notices to a community account. On the shopper side, the r/Superbuy subreddit is where this subject surfaces. Two threads from the last fortnight of September and the first week of October 2026 are squarely on topic: one asking how declared value is set when using the shipping expert service, posted 2026-10-04, and one about a parcel held at customs for over a week, posted 2026-09-28.

Video walkthroughs exist too, and they are useful for screen layouts rather than for rules. One from September 2026 walks through the shipping expert service and pre-packing.

Links, each opened and checked on 2026-10-10: declared value with the shipping expert, a parcel held at customs, a shipping expert walkthrough, and the operator's Discord server. Community posts are individual experience, not policy.

What changed on this site

Help centre sidebar headed FAQ Categories listing eight categories, the last of which is Counterfeit Item Policy
Eight categories, and the policy is the eighth. Its placement in the navigation is itself a statement.

This site was built on 2026-10-11 against the operator's help centre as read on 2026-10-10. Every page carries the article ids it quotes, so the fastest way to check whether something here has gone stale is to open the article and compare its update date with the one printed on the stub.

The declaration and threshold tables are reviewed more often than the rest, because the announcements feed shows those moving several times a quarter. The restriction lists change rarely; the one in force reproduces a regulation dated to 1993 with a 2001 revision.
