The company behind the service
The contact page prints the company name, a Hong Kong registered address and a registration number, which is more than many agents publish. The operator is DOT TECHNOLOGY HONG KONG LIMITED, registered number 72336324, at ROOM F 6/F MEGA CUBE, NO.8 WANG KWONG ROAD, KLN, HONG KONG.
The about page dates the business to 2012 and the forwarding pages name a Guangdong warehouse and a Hong Kong warehouse. Online customer service runs 09:00-18:00 Beijing time, nine hours a day, seven days a week, with a hotline and separate mailboxes for service, business and counterfeit reports.
Where third-party summaries disagree with the operator, this site follows the operator. One widely copied profile gives a different founding year and a different warehouse city; both are contradicted by the company's own pages.
Judging an agent by what it publishes in writing
You cannot verify an agent's handling, its speed or its honesty from outside, and nobody publishes reproducible data on any of them. What you can verify is what it is willing to write down.
Four checks, all doable in ten minutes. Does it publish a registered company name and number. Does it publish the limits of its own responsibility, or only the benefits. Does it publish per-line rules with dates on them, or only a price calculator. And when its own pages disagree with each other, does it date them so you can tell which is current.
Applied here, the disclaimer is the interesting artefact. It is split into third-party responsibility and user responsibility, and the second part is what decides who carries the loss at your border. An agent that publishes that clearly is easier to plan around than one that does not mention it.

Agents whose published rules differ from this one
This site covers one operator, so a word about the rest is fair. There are perhaps a dozen agents of comparable size serving the same marketplaces, and the useful differences between them are narrower than the marketing suggests: which platforms they parse, which lines they resell, what they charge on second-hand platforms, and how much of their own rulebook they publish.
No ranking appears anywhere on this site, and none should. Service quality, handling and dispute outcomes have no public, reproducible data source, so a position in a list would be invented. Compare the published rules instead, and compare them for your own destination.
One practical note on this family of sites generally: an agent that was recommended in a forum thread two years ago may not still be trading. Check that the operator's own announcements page has moved recently before you top up an account.

This site is written and maintained by Marta Reiner. It is not operated by DOT TECHNOLOGY HONG KONG LIMITED and has no access to any account, parcel or internal system. Everything here comes from pages the operator publishes, quoted with the article id so you can check it.
