The Superbuy Spreadsheet: sixteen categories, read against the destination rules

A Spreadsheet in this corner of the internet is a browsable catalogue of product listings, grouped by category, with a picture on every card. This is the entry to ours, plus the part that matters more: how to look at a listing before you commit to it.

The same search box runs against the catalogue behind the tiles below.

Sixteen categories to browse

Each tile opens a category of listings you can browse. Picks you can browse, not a document you download.

Womenswear has no category of its own, so that tile runs a keyword search instead. The badge on each tile says which of the two you are opening.

Judging a listing before you order

Picking an item is the one step nobody else can do for you. The operator published a list that helps.

Five bulleted listing patterns the help article asks shoppers to report, followed by the report-counterfeits mailbox twice
Five listing patterns, printed as a list by the operator. The mailbox is given twice in the same paragraph - once for buyers, once for rights holders.

Help 3464 does something unusual for a policy page: it describes five listing patterns in concrete terms and asks shoppers to report them. Whatever you think of the policy, that list is the most specific published guidance on this subject from anyone in the trade, and it reads perfectly well as a pre-order checklist.

Note the fifth one in particular. It catches listings where the brand name appears only in the title and never on the product, which is the pattern most buyers would not think to look for.

  1. Items sold without the permission of the intellectual property owners that display brand names or logos of the owner
  2. Items with brands or logos displayed that look nearly indistinguishable from authentic brands or logos but have been subtly altered
  3. Items whose listings deliberately conceal a brand or logo or have been visually altered to conceal those marks
  4. Items that deliberately misspell the name of a known brand
  5. Items that include brand names or logos in the listing, even if the brand name or logo is not on the actual product itself

Help 3464, read 2026-10-10. The article gives the reporting address twice, once for buyers and once for rights holders: [email protected].

Seller signals the operator names, and the ones it does not

Counterfeit complaint procedure in three numbered stages: receiving and inspection, complaint material, and what happens after the complaint
The complaint route exists, and it asks you for evidence in a fixed order.

There is no public seller score to read. What there is instead is a complaint route with a fixed order of evidence, and that order tells you what to keep: the order record, the payment voucher, a description of the goods, and the comparison you are relying on.

Reading that backwards gives you a way to vet a seller before you pay. If a listing would leave you unable to produce any of those four, the complaint route is closed to you from the start. The article is also explicit that appraisal costs are yours.

Products are either "Eligible" or "ineligible" for the 5-Day Return/Exchange Guarantee.

The exclusion table beside that sentence is the practical part. Custom-made goods, items whose packaging, tags or accessories have been removed, newspapers and periodicals, second-hand products, and goods from outside the Chinese mainland all sit outside the window.

Second-hand is the one that catches people. It also carries a different service fee at checkout, which is covered on the charges page.

How to choose a Spreadsheet site, including this one

These catalogues are easy to make and hard to maintain, so judge them on maintenance. Three tests work without any inside knowledge.

First, open four category tiles and see whether the destinations still resolve. Dead links are the fastest tell, because nobody fixes them on a site that has been abandoned. Second, look for a date and for what it refers to. A "last updated" stamp that moves while nothing on the page changes is worth less than a date attached to a specific claim. Third, check whether numbers carry a source you can open.

On this site every quoted rule prints the operator's article id, so you can open the original from the help centre and see its own update date. Pages here are reviewed on a schedule recorded in the build, and the tariff and declaration tables are reviewed more often than the rest because they move more often. This page was reviewed on 2026-10-11.

What we do differently is narrow on purpose: one subject, declaring a parcel to a specific country, quoted rather than summarised. For ordering mechanics, inspection detail or line-by-line postage, the operator help centre is better than any third party, and it is linked throughout.
